To send money to the Irish Congress:

1. Obtain a free PayPal account
   (visit https://www.paypal.com/ for information about getting a new account)

2. Login to PayPal and select the tab "Send Money"

3. Enter "sueandscott@san.rr.com" as the "Recipient's Email"

4. Fill in the "Amount" and hit "Continue":
   
   
   
   Note about "Quasi-Cash": This is the transmission of money not involving an
   underlying service or good. The bank that issued your credit card may treat this
   'Quasi-Cash' transaction as a cash advance and charge you cash advance fees.
   PayPal has no control over these fees. If you select 'Quasi-Cash' you may want to
   use a payment method other than Credit Card (Instant Transfer or eCheck)
   to avoid potential fees.
   
   
5. Click "Send Money" - the funds will go into the Irish Congress account,
   less a service charge of about 3% of the amount sent
