Lifeblood of the ICSC

Volunteering is often thought to be a gift to others, but it is really more of a gift to yourself. It is such a beautiful creation process. Creating good will, education, cultural awareness, preventing hunger and homelessness, etc.

We are so privileged to work with many kids and young adults who carry all the banners on our parade route. Their sense of civic pride and work ethic inspire us every year! This Parade and Festival is a grassroots effort made up of 40+ committee chairs, board members, our esteemed Chairman, President, and hundreds of volunteers. Many thanks to you all. We are humbled by your generosity and spirit. We also couldn’t do it without the sponsors mentioned in our annual Program Book.

Among the volunteer positions we need to fill this year are website SEO guru, chairperson of the Volunteers Committee, and chairperson of the Program Book Ads Committee
