Our 2011 St. Patrick’s Day Parade will feature over 150 entries, includes Marching Bands, Floats, Police and Fire Department units, the Emerald Societies, Border Patrol units, Scout Troops, Clowns, equestrian entries, bagpipe contingents, dancing groups, drill teams, roller skaters, Shriners, antique cars, the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick, representatives from Ireland, and the reigning Miss Colleen and Smiling Irishman.

St. Patrick’s Day Schedule:

07:00 a.m.    Pre-Parade Mass.  Imperial House, 
                     505 Kalmia Street.

09:00 a. m.    Festival Area Opens

10:00 a.m.    Flag Raising Ceremony 
                     Balboa Park, Sixth Avenue/Juniper area.

10:30 a.m.    Parade Steps off at Fifth Avenue
                     and Juniper Street.

Parade proceeds North up Fifth Avenue to Upas,
over to Sixth Avenue and South on Sixth to Juniper.
