The primary mission of the Irish Congress of Southern California, Inc. is to promote public appreciation and knowledge of Irish history and culture. There isn’t a better way to accomplish this than to sponsor a festive parade and invite all of San Diego!
This year marks the 28th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival thanks to the dedication and commitment of the many volunteers that comprise the Irish Congress of Southern California, Inc., the support of the Irish community, and that of our sponsors.
This exciting year’s theme is "Honoring Service & Rescued Animals." Each year, over 100,000 people attend the parade in Balboa Park! In a day and age where there are fewer and fewer activities for families to enjoy together, we are proud to provide a great day for you, your family and friends!
BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP to SAVE the PARADE AND FESTIVAL. We need financial support to keep the parade rolling. With operational cost increasing in double digits, we are asking for your monetary support in addition to your usual convictions and dedication!
