The Parade Organization
Irish Congress of Southern California (ICSC) Membership Information
The ICSC is an all-volunteer organization that organizes the annual San Diego St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Irish Festival in Balboa Park, one of the largest family events in San Diego.
Any individual whose Membership Application is approved by the Board of Directors and who pays the current year’s Membership Dues of $25 may then join a Parade Committee.
Annual Dues help defray the cost of printing and mailing membership information and the cost of the Annual Membership breakfast.
Active Members commit to:
1) Actively serving on a Committee during January through March,
2) Generally attending Parade Committee meetings at that time, and
3) Supporting and attending ICSC activities such as the Miss Colleen Pageant and other ICSC events.

HOW TO APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP
Complete the Membership Application and give it to any Irish Congress Member, with a check for your current year’s Membership Dues in the amount of $25. The member will submit them to the Board of Directors for consideration.
You can also mail to: Irish Congress Parade Chair, 415 Laurel, PMB 113, San Diego, CA 92101.
If not approved, your check will be returned to you.
The Board of Directors will consider your Application at its next regular meeting.
